Infrastructure
Our headquarters is a multi-million dollar FDA, ATF and Florida Department of Health registered Drug and Cosmetic Manufacturing site equipped with state-of-the-art packaging, laboratory, quality assurance and processing equipment. Our R&D laboratory is outfitted to perform wet chemistry, analytical testing, quality testing, stability studies and new product development. Our cGMP processing and production facility is scalable to handle projects from 10 Liters to 2,500 Gallons in operation size.
Our manufacturing vessels are 316 Stainless Steel fully jacketed kettles with independently controlled Industrial tankless water units. Our manufacturing vessels range from atmospheric tanks with propeller and sweep mixing capabilities to high speed/high viscosity counter rotating blenders. We have a full line of auxiliary equipment including drop in homogenizers, cowl blades, and powder and slurry blenders. Current packing capabilities include, bottles and jars of various shapes and sizes, laminated tubes, small run aerosol production, as well as multiple pack out and sort pack options.
