Formulated Solutions Names New Executive

CLEARWATER, FL (June 28) - Clearwater-based Formulated Solutions has named Vincent Prigitano as Controller to oversee and manage the consumer-products company's growth. Prigitano is responsible for all day-to-day financial responsibilities as well as long-term planning and development.

Prigitano has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive and a successful record of orchestrating financial operations to meet corporate-wide strategic objectives in both public and privately held companies. Prigitano joined Formulated Solutions from Tape & Label Engineering, Inc., where he served as COO and Vice President of Finance.

After receiving a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration from University of New Haven, Prigitano worked with several Tampa Bay businesses implementing strategies and practices for sustainability.

Prigitano will incorporate his knowledge gained from past projects to increase Formulated Solutions' profitability and productivity. He plans to update policies, procedures and internal controls for improved operational efficiency.
