Formulated Solutions Names Quality Director

CLEARWATER, FL (September 18, 2007) - Clearwater-based Formulated Solutions is pleased to announce Mary Hall Malloy, has joined the company as Director of Quality. In her position Ms. Malloy will manage the company's quality functions for all cosmetic, OTC and RX pharmaceutical products, as well as promoting continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and implementing efficiencies for future profitability. Mary will also be charged with the continued development of the team of regulatory, quality technicians, laboratory and auditors within the company's quality departments.

Ms. Malloy joins Formulated Solutions after ten years of combined experience in Pharmaceutical, Biological and Medical Device quality management. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, as a Corporate Compliance Auditor, Technical Director, Laboratory Manager and Quality Engineer in the FDA regulated industry. Her past experience includes six sigma green belt training, ASQ certified quality auditor (CQA) and international compliance experience.

Ms. Malloy holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida, and is currently working on an MBA in International Business at the University of Tampa. In her personal time, Mary enjoys regular visits to the gym, spending time with her family, wine tasting, and golfing with her father.
