Founder of Formulated Solutions, Eric's unique perspective blends science and marketing, enabling him to focus on evaluating concepts, new products, markets and strategic alliances.
Eric built the company into a leading consumer healthcare CDMO before transacting a controlling share of the business to Linden Capital Partners in 2021.

Marcel is a commercial leader with extensive experience in contract development and manufacturing organizations. As Chief Commercial Officer, he leads global sales, business development, and marketing, with a focus on driving profitable growth and expanding strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Formulated Solutions, Marcel held senior commercial roles across leading CDMOs and drug delivery organizations, consistently building high-quality pipelines and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Scott Rogers, VP of Information Technology at Formulated Solutions, is a seasoned leader in IT strategy and business transformation. With experience at Stinger, PODs, Refresco, Bloomin’ Brands, and Trinet, he has led global IT operations and driven technological advancements. He holds a B.S. and M.S. from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Pre-Engineering from Rollins College, grounding his innovative approach to IT leadership.

Bill Whalen,
Chief Financial Officer
Bill has provided transformational CFO leadership for companies from $100 to over $2 billion, driving international, multi-facility organizations to achieve significant value creation, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, and liquidity and sales/earnings growth.
With over 25 years of CFO experience across global manufacturing, CDMOs, and service industries, he has consistently steered firms toward successful liquidity events. Bill’s track record spans serving as CFO for seven different portfolio companies / private equity funds, as well as serving as in independent Board Member and Audit Chair. He earned his BSBS from Duquesne University, his MBA from The University of Virginia, and continues to maintain active CPA credentials.
