As the COVID-19 novel Coronavirus continues to impact the global stage, Formulated Solutions is dedicated to ensuring the health of ourcommunity and the ongoing steady output of our supply chain. In keeping with these commitments,we would like to share an overview of our key areas of focus.
Keeping our employees safe.
Formulated Solutions has implemented a variety of preventative measures to ensure our employees stay safe and healthy. These include, but are not limited to: elimination of non-critical travel, leveraging IT solutions to minimizing face-to-face meetings, mandating sick colleaguesremain at home, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of hard surfaces prior to and throughout the workday, increased number of foam hand sanitizer stations throughout our facilities, ongoing monitoring of the wellness of our employees, and ongoing communication of CDC guidelines for both home and business. As part of this effort, we are suspending all non-essential inbound meetings with partners and vendors to the Formulated Solutions facilities for 30 days, only preapproved visitors will be accepted. Should you have any face-to-face meetings with our employees scheduled, we ask you to reschedule the meeting using phone or video conference.
Continue to provide world-class service to ourpartners.
At this time, there are no known disruptions to our supply chain and Formulated Solutions is actively communicating with our suppliers to ensure business continuity. Should interruptions occur, Formulated Solutions will contact partners directly to find a solution. For in-flight new product development and tech transfer programs, our PMs will continue to work directly with each of our partners to ensure program milestones are being met on time and as promised. Should we gain visibility to any disruptions that might impact milestone deliverables, we will be sure to raise the issue and develop a plan as quick as possible.

Our primary goal is to ensure the health and safety of our community. Formulated Solutions is closely monitoring the situation daily and our response plan is designed to be fluid and geared toward incorporating new learnings as they arise.
